Don Silvano Ranch offers a day in the countryside with true Argentine flair. Hotel pickup starts at 8:45 am. You will be greeted with some local empanadas and a glass of wine before exploring the farm. The crops, native vegetation, and a big colonial-style mansion will captivate you. You will ride in a carriage, learning about the legacy of the Italian Silvano, and then you will learn how farmland is worked on board a tractor.
At lunch, you will enjoy a BBQ with typical salads and drinks to suit all preferences. Then, a delectable dessert. Meanwhile, enjoy a live show that incorporates all of Argentina's rhythms, including folklore and tango. Then, back in the field, a display of the best Creole talents involved gauchos and horses.
While taking advantage of the ranch's amenities, such as the soccer field, kids' games, and pool in the summer, you will have a traditional afternoon snack of mate and fried cakes.
